Classes exist for all ages and all abilities. Our mission is to build your child's self esteem! and create leaders in our community. Our focus is on (1) mastering basic techniques, (2) learning fundamental principles, (3) developing discipline & focus and (4) fostering a nurturing and healthy fun learning environment. All classes are run by Heidi Goldstein-Sidley.

Class Schedule:
Wednesday's & Friday's: Adult Class 7:00PM-8:00PM (Purchase Mat Room)
Tuesday: Kids Class First Session: 4:15-5:15PM / Second Session 5:15-6:15PM (Temple Israel Gym - White Plains)
Saturday: Kids Class 11AM-12Noon (Purchase:Aerobics Studio#1)
Saturday: Adult Class 12Noon-1:00PM (Purchase Mat Room)
Cost per student:
Select individual classes and pay $15/class.
Adult uniform - one time cost (uniform/belt/patch)=$35
Kids uniform - one time cost (uniform/belt/patch)=$25
Cuong Nhu non-profit Association annual dues: $35/year individual or $50/ year family (a separate annual payment to CN Association)

We are not a franchise and we operate free from pressure to charge students high equipment, test and tournament fees as often as possible. Our dues are much lower than most martial arts schools because all of our instructors volunteer their time and talent.
